Long Sleeve Shirt Blanks Overview
We use quality Gildan brand Men’s Ultra Cotton® style long sleeve shirt blanks to print our small to 5XL shirts. These are preshrunk 100% cotton jersey knit, 6.0-ounce shirts. And 6.0-ounce long-sleeve shirts are the Heavy, High-Quality ones.

Note: these run larger than the standard long sleeve shirt.

-Preshrunk 100% cotton jersey knit
-Seamless double-needle 7/8” collar
-Taped neck and shoulders
-Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems
-Quarter-turned to eliminate a center crease

Next, for the designs that we offer in 6XL, we use a Port and Company. Although the brand name is not as popular as Gildan, it is a well-designed shirt.

Washing & Care Instructions for both brands
-Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors.
-Only use non-chlorine bleach.
-Tumble dry on medium.
-Do not iron, and do not dry clean.

Printing Quality
Evil One® biker clothing uses a top-of-the-line automatic silkscreen press – a Gauntlet III that is a 16-stage 14-color press. This press gets you the highest quality graphics that help avoid cracking, peeling, or fading.
