WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIP?
Orders are shipped within two to three business days of purchase Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm Central Standard Time. When we are at rallies we don’t have as much staff, and this is why it can take up to three business days. Once your order a product you will get an order confirmation number and login to the provided link to see the status of your order.
We ship via USPS. Once your order is shipped you will be able to track it with your order confirmation number and the login to the link provided in the order confirmation.
You will be able to select the shipping method when you purchase the product. When orders are shipped via USPS Priority in the continental US it usually takes three to four days from the time the order is shipped. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada via USPS Standard, please allow five to seven business days from the time the order is shipped.
The preferable way to ship is via UPS. Although it costs more, it also allows you to have tracking from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time it reaches your door. Additionally, UPS packages are not subject to be held up in customs, which can delay delivery by four to six weeks.
Shipping via USPS Priority International is a less expensive option, but it normally takes seven to ten business days for delivery from the time the order is shipped. USPS First Class is the least expensive option, but it normally takes two to four weeks for delivery from the time the order is shipped.
Tracking for both USPS options are available from our warehouse to customs and from customs to your door, but not while it is in customs. The customer is responsible for any customs, duties, or additional fees. Due to the cost of international shipping, all sales are final.
